Visit to Bac Ha, the biggest ethnic market in northwest Vietnam will draw a close to this trip. Filled with beautiful scenery and rich in cultural history, this tour is ideally-suited for those who want to travel back in time. A five day trek leads us to beautiful lush landscapes, meeting with many hill-tribal group who are always smiling and cheerful: the Hmong, the Thai, the Phu La, the Dao and especially, the Pa Then ethnic minority - people with colorful dress and many impressive festivals. The homestay overnight and the weekly market bring us to discover their rich centuries-old traditional culture.

Quang Nguyen - Coc Dong ( 7 - 8 h trek)

Coc Dong - Xin Man (6 h trek)
Day 7:
Xin Man - Bac Ha (Sunday markets)

The organization
Physical preparation:
To fully enjoy your trip, do not forget to keep fit once a week by walking (about 15 km) if possible on a course with vertical drop (250 m / h) or practicing a sport (1 hr 1 h 30).
Your equipment
All luggage is divided between a backpack worn for walking and a second sealed bag with padlock, transported by the logistics team on site.
Basic equipment
- Breathable underwear (fast drying).
- A kind Polartec fleece jacket (if possible windbreaker) or Wind Pro (excellent weight / insulation).
- A waterproof and breathable jacket (Gore-Tex) in the bottom of the bag (only for the months of November to March).

Sleeping:
